Vinyasa Flow - All Levels

A creative and dynamic 60-minute yoga class that harmoniously links breath and movement. Each class is different, and postures are sequenced to help increase flexibility, strengthen and tone muscles, and allow you to tune into your body’s natural rhythm. We welcome all levels as we offer plenty of modifications and amplifications.

Yoga Basics & Fundamentals

Are you new to yoga? Want to learn more about the asana poses? Just want to know if you’re “doing it right”? This 45-minute class will dive into the fundamentals of poses; focusing on the what, why, and how of each posture. This class is great for beginners or anyone interested in strengthening their knowledge of asanas.
