Teacher Bio

Jessica is a lifelong Yogi. She completed her 200-hour teacher training program with Advanced Yoga Practices. Here, she delved deeply into the philosophy of yoga, exploring the intricacies of the 8 limbs and the transformative potential of asana, pranayama, and meditation. She has also completed a 70-hour mentorship program with YogaFlow San Francisco and has taught Yoga for nearly 10 years.

Jessica’s style is creative, upbeat, and intentional. You’ll see this woven throughout her classes, where she brings students through fun- but challenging sequences built to curated playlists that will build energy and get you sweating. Her goal for students is to feel stronger, more balanced, and grounded in their bodies and minds on and off the mat.
